DEVILED CRABMEAT

1 Cup milk
1 1/2 C. soft bread crumbs
2 C. crabmeat
whites of 5 hardboiled eggs, finely sliced
yolks of 5 hardboiled eggs, mashed
salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 C. butter, melted
Oven 450
Combine milk and crumbs. Gently stir in crab and egg whites. Blend in the
rest of ingredients.
Pour into buttered oblong baking dish.
Sprinkle with Wheaties or buttered bread or cracker crumbs.
Bake 15 min.
