Deviled Crab Cakes

2 pounds crab meat                               1 tablespoon prepared mustard

1/4 cup cracker crumbs                        Butter or oil

1 egg, beaten                                          1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon chopped parsley                Freshly ground black pepper

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients. Shape into 6 cakes. Fry in a heavy skillet in 1/8 inch of oil at moderate heat for 5 minutes on each side. Drain on paper. Serves 6.       E.V. Stockwell
