GARLIC SHRIMP
3 TBL minced garlic
1/3 C. olive oil (or butter)
1 pound peeled, deveined shrimp
1/3 C. dry sherry
2 TBL chopped parsley
1/2 tsp hot chili flakes
salt
In a 10-12 inch frying pan over medium-high heat, stir garlic in olive oil
just until it begins to turn gold, about 2-3 min.
Add sherry, parlsey, and hot chili flakes and shrimp and stir often until
shrimp are barely opaque but still moist-looking in center of thickest part,
about 1 minute. Add salt to taste. Pour into a serving dish.
