May 17 6PM Viking Dinner Meeting

Feed your inner Viking at PAYC on May 17th at 6PM.
We've pulled out all the stops to make this a memorable evening.
Chef Sage at New Day Eatery is making sockeye salmon roasted in a dill-mustard sauce, roast pork loin with honey poached cranberries and apples, Scandinavian style veggies, and fresh baked focaccia bread!
You can wash all this great food down with locally brewed mead brought in for the occasion -  and best of all you can drink your mead  horn flagons available for purchase at the bar.

• Friday, May 17  - Doors open at 6PM
• $25 gets you salmon, pork, veggies, & bread
• Mead at the bar
• Viking horn flagons are $25
• You must RSVP by Wednesday, May 15
